Yard Waste
Two (2) times a year there is a Town wide rubbish and brush pickup. Rubbish will be picked up the first (1st) Monday of April and October, brush will be picked up two (2) weeks later. Material must be at curb by 7:00 am. The Transfer Station is located on Creek Road in the Town of Elma and a sticker is needed for a resident’s vehicle to use the Transfer Station. The Town Clerk’s Office issues the stickers
