Trusted Choice Homecare has been participating in the Consumer Directed Program with New York State as a Fiscal Intermediary since 2016. We work with most major insurance companies across the state including Medicaid Managed Care Organizations , and we have long-standing relationships with the Department of Social Services local offices. Our dedicated Customer Care team is here to serve our community to make the process as simple and easy as possible. For the consumer's convenience we offer in-person or remote onboarding options. We pay for all of the onboarding expenses including screenings, vaccinations, and physicals. Our goal is to allow the consumers to receive the personal care services they need , while maintaining their independence at home.
