Hearts and Hands supports older adults, caregivers, and persons with disabilities with transportation, in-home supports (e.g., minor home maintenance, reading/opening mail, yardwork) and companionship/social/wellness visits. The program matches screened volunteers with care recipients to provide services. Currently Hearts and Hands serves all of Erie County and Eastern Niagara County.
