Effective Monday, December 15, 2025, the Erie County Department of Social Services Emergency Services unit will be newly located on the fourth floor of the Rath Building. It had previously been located at 460 Main St. in downtown Buffalo.
Those seeking assistance from this unit are advised to enter the building on the Pearl Street side, via 158 Pearl St.
