Bike to Work 101

A presentation detailing best practices for biking to work

Upcoming Events

Erie County and LMHF Wellness are excited to offer Lunch Bike Rides - Get ready to embark on an exciting adventure as we team up with GO Buffalo Niagara for guided group rides in downtown Buffalo on select Wednesdays this summer!

Join us for an active lunch break in a fun, friendly atmosphere, with the option to get familiar with Reddy bikes! Please bring a brown bag lunch to enjoy these delightful lunchtime trips.

This bicycle group ride class series will highlight local parks and public spaces within the 60-minute lunch hour, encouraging healthy habits. Incorporating a bicycle ride into the lunch hour can significantly enhance overall health and well-being, providing both immediate and long-term benefits. The classes will be designed to reduce stress levels while increasing cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength and endurance.
