Aaron Rubin

Aaron Rubin serves as an Assistant County Attorney, providing legal counsel to County officers, departments and agencies, as well as representing the County in the defense of property damage claims.

Aaron is a graduate of City Honors School, and graduated cum laude from American University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, then received a Juris Doctor cum laude from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2015. During law school, he served as an Executive Publications Editor for the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review. Before joining the Department of Law, Aaron practiced commercial law and litigation at a private firm in Buffalo. He was admitted to practice law in New York State in 2016, and is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Western District of New York and the Western District of Michigan.
