Morgann K. Obrochta

Morgann was born and raised in Buffalo. She graduated magna cum laude from the University at Buffalo in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.  She then continued her education at the University at Buffalo School of Law and graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor degree.

Prior to joining the County Attorney’s Office, Morgann began her career at the law firm Barclay Damon LLP as a commercial litigator.  As an Assistant County Attorney, she now represents the County of Erie in the defense of civil matters.  Morgann is also responsible for bringing all County Petition's pursuant to Kendra's law.
