Club 99

Exercise and nutrition are important to our overall well-being at all stages of our lives. For older adults however, physical fitness has a more notable impact on quality of life. Seniors who exercise are more likely to maintain their independence, reduce risk of falls by improving balance, increase energy, and counteract disease.
