The National Family Caregiver Support Program (NFCSP)
If you provide unpaid care to a family member, friend, or neighbor with an illness, disability, memory loss, or injury—you are a caregiver. Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or worn out? You’re not alone. We're here for you, call our NY Connects line 716-858-8526.
We’re here to help caregivers with a variety of free programs and resources. This includes support groups, breaks from caregiving (respite care), home safety checks, and helpful classes like Powerful Tools for Caregivers. We also offer information packets, local resource connections, and special support for those caring for someone with dementia, veterans, or children who aren’t their own. Our goal is to make caregiving a little easier and ensure both caregivers and their loved ones are safe and supported.
