Reentry Services are designed to help individuals that are released from jails and prisons to acquire resources that they need to be successful in the community. Some examples of re-entry services are: assistance with acquiring identification, housing, employment, physical and behavioral health, legal assistance, etc… In collaboration with multiple providers in Erie County, we work to make re-entry more cohesive for our consumers and community members.
