Mental Health Services:

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Buffalo is offering Family Support Groups in April that are free, confidential and safe groups of families helping other families who live with Mental Health challenges.  Pre-registration is required for the online Family Support Group on April 14, 2022 from 7pm - 8:30pm (2nd Tuesday of the month).  Please send an email request to attend this group (include the date:  4/14/22) to: online@namibuffalo.org to pre-register.  You do not need to register for the in-person groups, just go to the meetings at their scheduled date and location to attend.  Click here to view NAMI's flyer with in-person dates, times and locations.

ECMC Virtual Help Center Offers Immediate Mental Health Crisis Support and Treatment visit: ecmc.edu/ecmc-virtual-helpcenter-visits.  An urgent care service for walk-in mental health treatment of adults who do not require psychiatric emergency treatment or inpatient care.

Erie County Warmline: Call 716-248-2941 or Text 716-392-221 free for all callers for peer-provided support when having a difficulty coping with life experiences.  Open daily from 4pm - 11pm.

Refreshing Waters Respite: Call 716-248-2886 free for anyone who is struggling, open 24/7, 365 days a year.

Providing a peaceful environment that promotes health and wellness, the respite can accommodate 1-5 day stays for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis to focus on mental health recovery.
