Congregate Dining

New information: Confidential contribution costs will be changing to $3.50 from the original $3.00 to accommodate inflation costs.

Go & Dine

New Information:

  • Current Go & Dine participants will receive two (2) vouchers per month. The program is still not accepting new participants yet.
  • Your swipe card and voucher must BOTH be presented to the restaurant before ordering off their designated Go & Dine menu. Please ask the restaurant for their Go & Dine menu.

Program Rules:

  • Go & Dine vouchers will cover $6.00 of the cost of an individual $12.00 meal provided by participating restaurants
  • Participants (you) are required to pay the remaining $6.00 of the price of each meal, plus the applicable sales tax (on $12) when you finish eating.
  • Go & Dine participants are limited to using one voucher per day; Go & Dine vouchers may not be “doubled up” to pay for a full meal. Violations of this rule may result in expulsion from the Go & Dine program.
  • Senior Services will not ask participants for program contributions.
  • All meals are dine-in ONLY, however, you may take any leftovers home when you leave.
  • Tipping is not mandatory, but always appreciated. We appreciate our local restaurants and their staff for supporting this program; tipping is a great way to show your thanks!

In addition to Go & Dine, the Department of Senior Services offers several other nutrition programs, including our popular Stay Fit Dining lunches and Frozen Meal pickup, available at locations across the County, five days per week. Please contact us at (716) 858-7639 to learn more!!
