Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper is seeking a passionate Administrative Volunteer to help assist with reception, clerical and organizational tasks that help the office run smoothly. These tasks may include transferring calls to employees, answering the door and guiding guests to meeting rooms, organizing files, making photocopies, maintaining communal office spaces (kitchen, conference rooms, bathrooms). Working hours are negotiable between 9-4, Monday-Friday. Hours per week can be flexible based on availability and skillset. Hearts and Hands is seeking volunteers to assist their neighbors in need. Volunteers may assist with transportation for appointments or food access, in-home services such as assistance with household chores or minor home repairs, and through caregiver support with friendly visits. Volunteering is flexible! Volunteers can make their schedule based on their availability and interests, and will also receive mileage reimbursement and supplemental insurance coverage.
