The Prevent T2 lifestyle change program can help you lose weight, become more physically active, and reduce stress. This is an evidence based program proven to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes with a trained lifestyle coach. This is a year long program with weekly meetings for the first 6 months, then one or twice a month for the second 6 months.

This Arthritis Foundation's program is an exercise program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk with Ease.
