Join Park Ranger Adam for a Fall Bioblitz as we explore the diverse habitats of Sprague Brook Park—including creeks, ponds, forests, and meadows—in search of plants, insects, fungi, and wildlife. Participants will use the Seek by iNaturalist app to identify and log observations, contributing to community science while learning about local biodiversity. · Elevation: Minimal to moderate elevation change
· Surface Description: Walking in forest edges, grassy fields, woodland trails, and along creeks and ponds – some potential for wet and muddy conditions
· Equipment Needed: Smartphone & download of "Seek by iNaturalist" smartphone application (free to install), and rain gear (if applicable)
· Other: No wheelchair & stroller accessibility, dogs are welcome on a leash
