Location: Seneca Bluffs Natural Habitat Park
Looking for a way to show gratitude for our earth with your family this Thanksgiving? How about planting a native tree?
The Erie County Bureau of Forestry Native Tree Nursery has 100 Red Maple, Acer rubrum, and Tulip Tree, Liriodendron tulipifera available for residents of Erie County. Most of the trees are small and would fit it most vehicles but we have a range of sizes. All trees are in pots. November is one of the best time to plant trees because the deciduous trees have gone dormant and will be less stressed during transplant. Then when spring arrives, they will be well watered by seasonal rains.
