Erie County Parks Centennial!

100 Years of Erie County Parks!

The Erie County Parks Commission was founded in May 1924, with the first land acquisitions taking place in 1925. Thus, we are celebrating our Centennial over 2 years! Celebrate with us!

Ways to celebrate:

1.Attend National Trails Day at Sprague Brook Park on June 1st!

In partnership with 42 North Brewing, Erie County Parks will celebrate National Trails Day at the beautiful Sprague Brook Park in Glenwood, NY through one of our first Pints in the Park events of 2024! Enjoy live music, food trucks, outdoor recreation vendors, Park Ranger programming, and when you get thirsty try a Centennial Pilsner brewed in honor of Erie County Parks.

June 1st, 12 - 4pm, Sprague Brook Park Casino
